Office Manager/ Front of House

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Office Manager who is quick thinking and proactive. No day is ever the same at the Fetch London Office, you’ll be doing everything from setting up new starter desks to fixing broken draws – the role is quite hands on!

Main duties include;

  • Making our space the best it can be in every way, every day, proactively fixing any issues as necessary
  • Organising the office layout to improve the space
  • Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
  • Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
  • Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
  • Helping with reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments and covering reception on occasion as holiday cover
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • Checking the AV equipment is working, before and after each booked meeting
  • Ordering refreshments/lunches for client meetings
  • Ordering Lunch for Office Lunch and Learns
  • Liaising with building manager on office matters
  • Recording holiday and sickness and reporting into HR
  • Setting up new starters desks/ inductions
  • Being IT point of contact for the office and being able to diagnose problems
  • Manage office cleaners
  • Working with front of house staff to surprise and delight every visitor to the office
  • Ensuring the meeting room hosts have briefed on everything they need for every meeting
  • Managing the Front of House receptionist

We are looking for a well-organized, personable client facing professional to be in charge of the reception area and smooth running of our very trendy Shoreditch office. To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in managing office and reception area in company of over 40+employees.

We are looking for someone highly professional, personable, warm and welcoming.                   Polished presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must!
