Abi is passionate about creating positive employee experiences and inspiring workplace cultures.

​​Abi recently completed a Masters in Occupational Psychology alongside her full-time role at Fetch. This provided her with a deeper understanding of the psychology of people in business, which she applies to her work at Fetch, including talent development, employee engagement, change management and workplace culture. Abi has a passion for workplace wellbeing and believes employee happiness and wellbeing has a direct correlation to productivity and performance.

​Abi is an accredited practitioner of the Strengthscope™ and Korn Ferry™ Talent Q psychometric tools and is currently pursuing an accreditation in executive coaching.

Previously Abi worked in a generalist HR role for global PR agency, Grayling, where she first discovered the excitement of working in creative agency environments with diverse and dynamic teams.
