The candidate

We are currently looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is intelligent, curious and has a finger on the pulse of new developments and is passionate about the growth and development of Paid Social Media and Mobile areas

They are comfortable working with large amounts of data, with a keen eye for trends and insights. Must have Paid Social Advertising experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Snapchat and more to plan and manage media buys for client accounts
  • Support social account leads with campaign consultancy and implementation for branded & direct response campaigns
  • Manage campaign timings, delivering all duties to agreed deadlines
  • Fully manage campaign set up and activation
  • Analyze campaign performance daily, measure against client KPIs & report on any trends & granular insights to team leads
  • Recommend opportunities for campaign optimization based on meeting clients KPI’s & implement as required
  • Monitor delivery and budget against KPIs
  • Work with system providers to trouble-shoot any issues that may arise

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience planning and activating paid social campaigns
  • Experience using 3rd Party API technology or Facebook Power Editor
  • Proven experience of campaign management success
  • Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience of campaign management success
  • Ability to delight clients
  • BA/BS degree
