The role

(This position is available across all Fetch US Offices: SF, NYC, LA).

The Media Technology Supervisor is responsible for advising and managing clients, create short term solution through training media coordinators, create a long term solution through technology across online advertising, desktop and mobile.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish best practice adserving and web analytics practice within the agency
  • Assist clients in integrating media technology (adservers, DMPs, DSPs, MMPs)
  • Own agency relationship with key technology partners (adservers, web analytics partners)
  • Guide clients towards best possible media data and technology approach and setup
  • Work closely with in-house developer team to guide build requirements for agency datawarehousing and dashboarding solution
  • Share knowledge and experience with wider agency in media technology
  • Monitor developing technology and design creative technology solutions to media problems
  • Identify bottlenecks and concerns in agency practice and process

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience with digital media technology, particularly: Google / Doubleclick stack, Adobe / Omniture, DMP technology, especially Krux
  • Detailed knowledge of the digital media landscape
  • At least 6 years’ experience in digital performance marketing
  • Comfortable presenting complicated technical detail to non-technical clients
  • Experience in training a team and/or sharing knowledge within a company
  • A history of finding creative technical solutions to client problems
